Irina Hindley

Irina is an artisanal pastry entrepreneur, living and working in Nyon. In 2018, she started to combine her passion for baking with her extensive professional experience in the service, hospitality and restaurant industry, as well as in teaching. Her products have been in high demand across the region and her desserts have established a strong reputation for quality, beauty and elegance. 

Her individual approach is unique and tailored to every celebration. As well as savouring the special tastes of Irina's delicacies, her long-term teaching experience is also applied to masterclasses, spending time with individuals or groups of children, families, friends or corporate groups whilst baking together and enjoying both the process and its delicious results.
