Return Policy for Irissska.com

1. Legal Warranty

All products are subject to the legal warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 197 ff. OR). This means that goods must conform to the contract: they must be free from defects and of the agreed quality at the time of delivery. 
2. No Return for Change of Mind

Please note: under Swiss law, online purchases do not include a general right of withdrawal. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item.

3. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:

Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods at info@irissska.com.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if possible).

We will inform you how to return the defective or incorrect item.

Once we receive and verify the return, we will (at our discretion and in line with Swiss law) either:

replace the item,

repair it,

or issue a refund.

4. Limitations

Personalized or custom-made cards cannot be returned unless defective.

Products that are damaged due to improper handling or not returned in full cannot be refunded or replaced.

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 30 days after the returned item is received and verified.
